A month of unforgettable debuts, genre-defying anthems, and the unstoppable rise of global pop and Eurodance! Let’s rewind ⏪ and feel the pulse of March ’95…

Starting off strong at number 20, Snap! returned with the futuristic vibes of “The First, The Last, Eternity”, while the enigmatic Scatman John took the world by surprise with “Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop)”, launching one of the most iconic hits of the year. 💥 Right above, Bon Jovi swapped power ballads for hope with “Someday I’ll Be Saturday Night” – a heartfelt rock anthem.

Rock ruled with newcomers like The Offspring, storming in with the raw and rebellious “Self Esteem”, while The Connells melted hearts with their timeless ballad “’74-’75”. Scooter made sure the dancefloor stayed wild with the explosive “Move Your Ass!”, and DJ BoBo brought his catchy Swiss dance-pop with “Love Is All Around”.

The alt-pop scene thrived with Annie Lennox delivering a hauntingly elegant “No More 'I Love You’s”, instantly claiming the #3 spot. The Cranberries were everywhere – again! – not only holding strong with “Zombie”, but also debuting the emotional “Ode to My Family”, proving their dominance in mid-90s alternative. 💫

Rednex were far from done: “Old Pop In An Oak” kept their country-dance momentum going, climbing to #4. Captain Hollywood Project, Moby, Sparks, and H-Blockx filled the middle of the chart with futuristic sounds and genre-bending grooves.

But nothing could dethrone Ini Kamoze, who held tight to the #1 spot for a third month with the infectious “Here Comes The Hotstepper”. A true crossover smash that echoed across radios, clubs and MTV screens alike.
