Wife wanted to go visit Asheville, NC so we made the nine hour drive, and we had a wonderful vacation. We visited the Biltmore, walked through their gardens, and did the wine tasting. We hiked the Looking Glass Rock Trail, which was wonderful and breath taking at the top. An easier and very scenic trail was the Triple Falls Trail in DuPont State Park. If you want a more difficult trail, visit Raven Cliff Falls, past the suspension bridge.
