Disclaimer:
I have a client who requested a subwoofer setup for their vehicle inspired by a viral Thailand-made DIY Bluetooth speaker design. The concept uses an acrylic panel to showcase the subwoofer inside the enclosure. I agreed to the project, and the client provided most of the components, including the birch plywood, ZK-HT21 amplifier, woofer, tweeter, Air vent, and boost converter.
Due to budget limitations, I sourced a budget-friendly 8-inch subwoofer for this build. While it is not a high-end driver, I did my best to design and tune the system to achieve the best possible performance within the given budget.
Please note that the amplifier housing is not included in the video, as the client preferred to mount the amplifier directly onto the vehicle’s panel.
