RingCentral allows you to hold meetings of up to 100 people, and it is able to hold up to 100 HD. It also offers you screen casting, recording the meeting, a group chat room, and meeting transcripts. In addition, you can attend these meetings using your phone or desktop laptop. On the other hand, zoom has many meeting features, including breakout rooms and screen sharing, in-group discussions, online webinars, and transcriptions. In addition, you can hold a meeting of 100 people if you are using the free version. However, for the premium version, you can hold a meeting of up to 1000 people. You can also attend these meetings with your phone, laptop, or desktop. Therefore, zoom is more reliable because it offers more meeting features, and you can hold a meeting of more people in a premium version.

Integrations
Zoom allows you to integrate with over 1000 integrations, including calendars and contacts. Also, you can manage your schedules because you can integrate it with Gmail, Google Hangouts, and calendars. In case you cannot find the app you want to integrate, you can create the app with REST API, desktop SDK, or MobileRTC. On the other hand, RingCentral offers a number of integration options, 96, like Dynamics 365 and Outlook. In addition, you can create custom integrations. Therefore, Zoom offers more integration options, meaning you will not spend much money to get custom integrations.

Collaboration features
Zoom offers a number of amazing collaboration features, including cloud-recording, whiteboard, and audio call recording. On the other hand, RingCentral has both cloud-based and on-premise collaboration features. If you use cloud-based, you can have unlimited calls but small storage. If you use the on-premise version, you will have more storage but fewer features. Therefore, RingCentral offers more collaboration features, making it more reliable.
