Who am I and why did I start weekly webinars?

My name is Manoj Kumar Yadava. I have done my B. Pharm and M. Pharm from Government College of Pharmacy, Bengaluru. I am a certified digital marketeer and a digital strategist. I conduct digital literacy sessions and handhold individuals and companies who are keen to showcase their online presence and build their personal brand.

Since last 15+ years, I have been into medical writing, to be precise, medico-marketing writing where I have supported pharmaceutical companies take their brand to clinicians, other healthcare professionals and patients. I have been conducting webinars ever since the pandemic stuck. When I started the webinar series, the main idea was to get connected to the pharmacy and other healthcare professionals across India and worldwide.
I conducted the initial 50-60 webinars with colleges and pharmaceutical companies only for a closed group audience. Most colleges and institutions' webinars while exclusively conducted for their own students and faculty members. Others could not access them! The other challenge was that the webinar recordings were not available to the attendees for their future reference. While it is always great to attend live sessions, many still prefer to watch recordings as they cannot attend live sessions due to various reasons.

During these webinars, I realised that there were hundreds of students who were highly interested to learn but did not have access to the right platform, the right information at the right time. They also like Information about various upcoming career opportunities that exist in the industry. During my initial career days, I had to struggle a lot to learn the basics of the industry requirements, it had taken me years to get the practical knowledge and learning.

Instantly, I decided to conduct weekly live webinars for everyone interested to get practical learnings from industry experts. I discussed the idea of conducting webinars “for all” with a few of my close pharmacy friends who instantly supported it.

On June 05, 2021, I started the weekly webinars that happen since then every Saturday at 02.00 PM India time.
