Preparing for post partum with a toddler

Second time around preparing for post partum I think I have a much better idea of what I will need. Especially now that I already have a toddler, this post partum prep has become more of a “millitary execution” as a friend of mine called her 2nd time around post partum prep. 2. Nourishment – breakfast, prepared dinners, bone broths / soups

Underwear / netpanties
Pads (heavy to light, get different types)
(Washable pads + meshbag)
Peribottle
Hypercal to add to your periobottle & sitz baths & coconut oil
Coconut oil
Homeopathic remedies: Arnica 200, Hypericum 200, Calendula 200, Staphisagria 200 (if you experienced trauma/episiotomy/c-section/catheter).
