This video was filmed of my difficult opening week of walleye/pike season. I caught a sauger and a smallmouth fishing the Allegany Reservoir system. I caught a couple of yellow and white perch fishing the Chautauqua Lake system. After an excellent fall, it proved to be a difficult opener on the Southern Tier this year.
I did see a one walleye landed at the Bemus Point Ferry. As of June 16th, 2025 "temporary" Seneca License sales are open for the rest of this year.
I did finally end up finding some walleye this spring in the Chautauqua System. Those videos will be published soon, be sure to subscribe/turn on notifications to see those fish in the next several videos!
