4th Generation Bagua practitioner 楊崑 Yáng Kūn (1915 - 2004) began learning Bagua at the age of 15. Here he is demonstrating a 鐵鐲 Tiě Zhuó (Iron Manacle) form of 尹式八卦掌 Yǐn Shì Bāguàzhǎng.
The 鐵鐲 Tiě Zhuó (Iron Manacle/ Handcuff/ Bracelet) uses the 拇指 mǔzhǐ (thumb) and 食指 shízhǐ (forefinger) , working together (合力 hélì), to grab and squeeze the opponent's wrists - to cause pain, gain control, and/ or dislocate the opponent's hand.
Lineage: 尹福 Yǐn Fú to 張壽恆 Zhāng Shòu Héng to 楊崑 Yáng Kūn.
