The Honda Grom is fun, but it can be made more fun with one of the easiest engine swaps you can do. I take one Grom, one CBR250R, some reasonably priced parts, and with only basic hand tools and a weekend, make the Grom a way better motorcycle.
Most of this is super easy and you don’t need to fabricate anything.
There are a handful of videos on this swap, but a lot of them are long-winded tear-downs lacking detailed information, followed by wheelies. If you’d rather do wheelies than watch wheelies, then watch this video and do it yourself!
