Ingredients:
•2 sachets of yeast
•1\2 Cup of water
•1regular cup of milk
•2 eggs
•1/3 cup of vegetable shortening
•5cups all-purpose flour
•2 cups of cooking oil
•2 pounds of icing sugar
•1tbsp sugar
Important points:
•You can make these donuts with sugar, glazed and even stuffed
•If you do not have the utensil to make the shape of the donuts you can use a glass and a water bottle lid
•Remember to knead as much as you can because the more you do it, the softer the donut will be, that is the trick of every pastry chef.
