Todays ballet workout is a full body ballet workout routine for strength and flexibility! This at home pilates for dancers routine will take you through a series of full body toning ballet exercises to stretch and strengthen your whole body for ballet class! This ballet pilates workout features a ballet warmup before moving into a ballet-inspired standing pilates workout. The full body ballet exercises will focus on the abs and core, the back and legs before moving into a ballet stretch cool down for full body flexibility!
