PLAYERS' ENTITLEMENT

1 x Event T-shirt (sizes on first come first serve basis) 1 x World Pickleball Championship Player’s Patch Voucher, Goodies bag with Sponsors’ Giveaways Official DUPR Match Rating (all matches will be recorded in the DUPR system). Official GPR or WPC Ranking (all matches will be recorded in the Pickleball Global system)

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

=================== RULES & REGULATIONS ===================

1. The tournament will follow the official USA Pickleball Rulebook as a guideline.
However, any disputes or special situations will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Tournament Committee.
2. No changes to doubles partners will be allowed once the official draw has been finalized.
3. All match results will be submitted and updated on DUPR & Pickleball Global.
4. Teams that arrive more than 10 minutes late or fail to appear for their scheduled match will automatically forfeit, with a default score of either 0-11 or 0-15 recorded.
5. The Tournament Committee may close registration early if all available slots are filled — even if this occurs before the stated registration deadline.
6. In the event of unexpected situations, the organizers reserve the right to adjust, delay, or cancel the tournament. If the event is canceled, all registration fees will be refunded accordingly.

=================== TERMS & CONDITIONS ===================
1. Registration
a. All participants must complete their registration, including full payment and confirmation of a playing partner, before the registration deadline. Late entries or incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
b. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. In such cases, refunds will be issued after deducting an administrative fee of USD5.
c. If a category receives less than 50% of its target number of entries, the prize amount may be adjusted accordingly.
d. The organizer reserves the right to reassign players to a more appropriate category if their skill level exceeds the registered division.
e. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. The organizer will not be held liable for related costs.

2. Check-In
a. All players must check in at the registration desk at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled matches. b. A valid identification document (NRIC or passport) must be presented upon check-in. Participants are also required to sign a waiver form.

3. Code of Conduct
a. Players are expected to maintain good sportsmanship and follow all tournament rules. Any form of misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.

4. Health & Safety
a. While the organizers will strive to ensure a safe and well-managed environment, participants are responsible for their own health and fitness to compete.
b. By joining the tournament, players accept the inherent risks of playing pickleball and agree not to hold WPC Malaysia or the organizing committee liable for any injuries sustained.

5. Dress Code
a. Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking court shoes are required for all participants.
6. Personal Belongings
a. Participants are advised to bring minimal valuables to the venue.
b. Each player is responsible for securing their own belongings. The organizer will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
7. Dispute Resolution
a. Any disputes must be brought to the attention of the referee or tournament director during the match in question.
b. Only disputes involving scoring errors or rule violations will be reviewed. No retrospective appeals will be entertained once the match has concluded.
