This week we're serving up one of the sweetest drinks in town - milkshakes with a Harry Potter twist, infusing ours with Butterbeer sauce!

Butterbeer is one of the most popular drinks in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter so in this recipe I'll show you how to make butterbeer ice cream AND butterscotch sauce (for butterbeer) before combining them both into the ultimate Butterbeer milkshake!
It's pretty perfect as it is but we're taking this magical recipe one step further with a range of sweet toppings to bring our 'freakshake' recipe to life!
