How to respond to reviewers' comments

Here I give some advice on how to respond to reviewers' comments after submission of your research paper to a high impact journal.
After talking about the general layout of the document where you list you responses 1:42
I go on to talk about the main types of comment you will have to deal with:
Comments that require no action 2:13
General comments about the paper 3:05
Comments about specific parts of the text 3:50
Same comment repeated by different reviewers 4:21
You can't make the change because the edit text has removed the sentence/paragraph etc 4:50
Reviewers' comments contradict each other so you can't do what they all want 5:25
You strongly disagree with the reviewer's comment 8:22
You don't like the reviewer's comment but the change is minor 10:46
