Elektronika is a project which was launched in February 2021, and aims to develop a historiography of electronic music in Malta. During the summer of 2021, Elektronika entered into a new stage with a series of oral history sessions by which the development and evolution of the electronic music scene in Malta were explored.
The first of such sessions feature a 1 hour dj set from ‘Tres Moody’ which is a project consisting of David Dee, Brian James and Owen Jay. This session was held on 22 July 2021.
This project is managed by Electronic Music Malta together with the M3P Foundation and is supported by Arts Council Malta. This event is part of the Spazju Kreattiv Programme.
