Here’s a quick and tasty Vegetable Maggi recipe for you:
Ingredients:
1 pack Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles)
1.5 cups water
1 tbsp oil or butter
¼ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup capsicum (bell pepper), chopped
1 green chili (optional), finely chopped
Maggi tastemaker (comes with the packet)
Salt to taste
A pinch of turmeric and red chili powder (optional)
Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until translucent.
2. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
3. Toss in the carrots, peas, capsicum, and green chili. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
4. Add turmeric and chili powder if using, and mix well.
5. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
6. Add the Maggi noodles and tastemaker. Mix everything.
7. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the noodles are soft and water is absorbed.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
