What to Do if a Girl Loses Interest

The best approach to take when a girl loses interest is to make her feel attracted to you again (watch video for some examples) and then take action to get things moving along between you and her (i.e. hug her, kiss her, have sex, start a relationship).

Unfortunately, many guys aren’t aware of that and end up losing the girl they want because they assume it would be needy to pursue her in any way.

Additionally, many guys assume that a girl will come running after him if he seems to lose interest back in her.

Losing interest and ignoring a girl does works on some girls, but the reality is that many girls are insecure, so if a guy seems to have lost interest in her, she will fear being rejected by him if she shows interest and he really has lost interest.

To avoid getting rejected by him and feeling humiliated, she will usually just get on with her life by meeting other guys.

If she then meets a guy that she finds attractive and interesting and that guy actually gets things moving along with her (i.e. goes on a date with her, kisses her, has sex with her), then she will most likely get into a relationship with him instead.

Then, the guy who was hoping he’d get her by losing interest in her is left feeling rejected.

So, what should you do instead?

What I recommend that you do (to avoid the girl playing mind games with you, or hooking up with another guy and leaving you behind), is very simple:

ATTRACTION FOLLOWED BY ACTION.

This means: First you make sure that she is feeling ATTRACTION for you and then, you take ACTION to get things moving along with her.

Here’s the thing…

Some guys assume that it would be needy to go after a girl who seems to have lost interest, so they just wait and hope that she makes all the moves.

Yet, if you want to be successful with women, what you need to understand and remember is that pursuing a woman isn’t needy.

It’s ONLY needy if a guy starts acting desperate, sucking up to her and trying really hard to be liked by her when he pursues her.

THAT is needy.

Yet, it is NOT needy to confidently and calmly pursue a girl that you want.

Why?

Real men go after what they want in life and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.

As long as a guy is being calm, confident and in control as he goes after what he wants, a girl will respect him for it.

Additionally, since many girls are insecure, they actually NEED to see that a guy really does have an interest in them before they open up to him and show their full interest in him.

Most guys don’t ever realize that, so they end up missing out on a perfect opportunity to be with the girl they really want.

Instead, they just ‘play it cool’ and act as though they could take her or leave her.

Yet, when a guy uses that approach, many girls will believe that he is being serious and then simply begin to get on with their life without him, rather than getting rejected by him.

So, if you want to get the girl you like, I recommend that you avoid all the mind games and just get the result you want.

How?

Make her feel attracted and then confidently and calmly get things moving along between you and her (i.e. hug her, kiss her, have sex, start a relationship), rather than being passive (i.e. doing nothing and hoping that she comes running to you and making moves on you).
