Started as a funny thought some months ago and here we are!

Some notes about the most important things in the build:

Keep unreserved life just barely above 50% (micro-manage it with Precision/Arrogance) so that you can always leech but also drop to below 50% immediately after pressing life flask (else you won't deal damage at all because of Replica Last Resort)

The Interrogation jewel is very important to give the build decent boss damage in high maps, start with that when deciding on your budget

Extra Strike Targets can be acquired via Ancestral Call, Searing Exarch glove implicit and Tribal Fury node.

5-6 extra targets make mapping feel pretty good but less is fine for bossing

Leveling Elemental Hit is not recommended, super weak in early acts. I'd recommend Spectral Helix (upgrade for a big weapon every few levels) and then transition to Ele Hit in later acts/after campaign

A specific Lethal Pride is not required, just adds extra stats for Omniscience amulet

Use Enduring Mana Flask until you fix our mana costs later (Ring crafts, Helm implicit, Mana Leech)
