How to grow and care for Maxillaria tenuifolia | Repotting my coconut orchid into a fresh medium

I received this plant as a small division. Recently, I discovered that the mix I used to repot it was full of snow mould, so I need to address it and I decided to take you along to talk about how to care for this orchid.
