From the very first "Stars of Tomorrow" concert from the 2015 Heifetz International Music Institute Festival of Concerts, 13-year violinist Noga Shaham, joined by pianist Beilin Han, plays a searing rendition of Joseph Achron's "Hebrew Melody." The Heifetz International Music Institute's summer program takes place from June to August at Mary Baldwin University in Staunton, Va.
