Conservative pundit Ari Fleischer, while pleased with the reported ruling from SCOTUS, is outraged that someone leaked the opinion, referring to it as an "insurrection" of the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, Republican Sen. John Kennedy refers to whoever leaked the SCOTUS opinion as a "misguided zealot" who should be investigated by the FBI and criminally prosecuted. Democratic Sen. Whitehouse takes issue with suggesting outside law enforcement agencies interrogate Supreme Court clerks.
