Methods of making pickle
At first, we have to fry all the spices without oil. After frying it, it must be grind but we can not grind it hot. So, leave it to cool. Now, garlic must be fried on oil till it will be brown, after frying garlic. Lets fry Dalle chilli in oil. And now leave it to cool. Now, grind the spices, but it must be rough not fine grind. After grinding it put in another pot. Now, it is time to grind garlic and Dalle chilli, Grind it roughly not too fine, and add previously grind spices on it and blend it . Now Pickle is ready. you can use it instantly. Or, it can use for long time.
Ingredients
Garlic (Lasun) 600gm
dalle khursani 50gm
Mustard oil approx. 20 teaspoonful
Coriander seeds 3 teaspoonful
Cumin 2 teaspoonful
Sauf 3 teaspoonful
Ajwain 2 teaspoonful
Fenugreek seeds 2 teaspoonfulo
Mustard seeds 2 teaspoonful
Salt to taste
