Time to make new floor pans and drive shaft tunnel! I build a frame for the floor and a new tunnel. Then make templates for the new floor pans before cutting them to shape and bead rolling to add stiffness. Finally I install the new floor pans and plug weld them in place. We also look at the overall cost of this budget build so far!
