Mongolia Travel Disaster? We Got LOST & The Lake Was GONE!

Our epic Mongolia road trip continues deep into the Gobi Desert! 🇲🇳 This episode is packed with incredible highs and unexpected challenges as we explore some of the country's most remote landscapes.

We wake up at the majestic Khongoryn Els Sand Dunes to catch a breathtaking sunrise before experiencing our first-ever two-humped Bactrian camel ride—you won't believe our reaction!

The adventure takes a turn when we pack up camp and head toward Orog Lake. Navigating the unmarked Mongolian countryside leads to us getting completely lost! After finally finding our campsite, we discover the lake has completely dried up.

The next morning, fueled by a traditional breakfast and a taste test of horse jerky (wait until you see what we think!), we continue our drive towards the stunning Eight Lakes (Naiman Nuur) area. Before setting up camp for the night, we encounter a huge, incredible herd of wild yaks!
