Rainy Day in the Country : Chicken and Leek Pie

My husband Mike and I recently returned from our trip across the pond. We were in England for 2 weeks visiting his mum and step-dad and while visiting, we like to take in our favorite culinary delights. We usually go for the traditional steak and ale pie, but this time I chose a chicken and leek pie and was pleasantly surprised! It was mouth watering!
While I don't usually make meals like this in the spring and summer, we've been having a lot of chilly, rainy days...so today was the perfect day for a savory pie!
