New Bucharest Electric Buses: GRANTON - Noile autobuze electrice ale Bucureștiului - 2024

In the era of electrification (voluntarily or under the pressure of political measures), Bucharest renewed itself with 100 Chinese ZTE Granton Electric Buses bought from BMC. I don't know how long it will be in operation and what the real cost will be compared to diesel ones (for example, tires need to be changed more often on EVs due to the additional weight given by the displacement). I just hope that we don't have incidents like in China or London where buses burn either on the route or in the parking lot. Let's hope we won't have such incidents.

În era electrificării (de bună voie sau sub presiunile măsurilor politice) București s-a înnoit cu 100 de Autobuze Electrice chinezești ZTE Granton cumpărate de la BMC. Nu știu cât vor fi în exploatare și care va fi costul real comparativ cu cele diesel (de exemplu anvelopele trebuie schimbate mai des la EV-uri din cauza greutății suplimentare dată de baterii). Sper doar să nu avem incidente ca în China sau Londra unde autobuzele ard fie pe traseu, fie în parcare. Să sperăm că nu o să avem astfel de incidente.
