I want to share a verse with you that you can read and put up on your wall or bathroom mirror, honestly wherever you would like to put it. “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

When you are feeling that weight on you with postpartum, lay it down and give it to God! He wants to help you through it all! Journal if you have to , try a new hobby.
