The Florida Condo Market can not catch a break as prices continue to meltdown year over year. New laws, reserve requirements, and insurance debacles plaque current associations, but home builders are stepping in to offer alternative options for those looking for the condominium lifestyle.

And its not just the sunshine state, as complexes and HOAs across the country are now having to deal with the consequences of kicking the can down the road for decades. The chickens have come home to roost and fees are going through the roof as amenities are slashed.
