Simon is the Founder and Chairman (former CEO) of La Fosse Associates, a tech recruitment business headquartered in London UK with 215 staff across multiple offices.

Launched in 2007 at home with the help of his wife at the time, Simon continued his CIO recruitment practice he had started at Harvey Nash and began to generate business.

Simon had the foresight to open up 40% of the shares in the business and leave them to be allocated to ALL staff members who would join him on the journey!

Now over 200 people with a clear plan to reach 500, its probably safe to say this plan has worked pretty well indeed.

A very humble man with a great story to tell, there are so many great lessons you can pick up from this episode!
