Split Urad Dal (Daal Maash) – 2 cups (soaked 4–5 hours) | دال ماش – 2 کپ (4 سے 5 گھنٹے بھگوئی ہوئی)
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp | بیکنگ سوڈا – ¼ چائے کا چمچ
Gram Flour – 2 tbsp | بیسن – 2 کھانے کے چمچ
Garlic Cloves – 2 pcs | لہسن کی جوئیں – 2 عدد
Salt – ¼ tsp (or as needed) | نمک – ¼ چائے کا چمچ (یا حسبِ ضرورت)
Blend with water | پانی کے ساتھ پیس لیں
