Hi Everyone! Hope you all are well :) Today I'm showing you how to create this black cat eye smokey eye using drugstore products. This look has been my go-to look for a night out for pretty much the last 10 years haha. The only thing that has varied has been the heaviness and some of the products. I love pairing a dark eye and dark lip together! Hope you enjoy the tutorial and find it helpful :)
