Mossberg Model 183 K

Here we have the Mossberg Model 183 K bolt action shotgun chambered in .410 bore vintage 1953-1954. Capable of firing 2 1/2'' and 3'' shells it is a very versatile and capable shotgun and was popular in it's time. Equipped with a C-Lect variable choke and a two round internal magazine these were in a class all by themselves. While other gauges exist in very similar Mossberg models....this particular .410 interests me the most......part plinker, part challenging trap gun, part interesting collectible I am glad to have it in the collection.
