This video documents an interaction between a journalist and representatives of an energy company who were behaving in an erratic and unsafe manner.
Publication is in the public interest due to the high-profile of the energy company and the trust that the public places in the safety procedures of said energy company.
All individuals interviewed for this documentary were acting as representatives of the energy company. All were aware they were being recorded by a journalist and they chose freely to speak on-camera with no attempt to hide their identity.
In the interests of fairness to all involved it was deemed editorially necessary to include the full video and audio of all interactions. This is to avoid any potential doubts that could be raised by omission or obfuscation.
