Lightning McQueen takes a ride on the town. Someone is following close behind though and they are up to no good. As McQueen pulls up to a stop light, Jackson Storm screeches to a halt next to him! He wants to race! But if its a race he wants, Lightning is always up to the challenge. They take off narrowly avoiding some of the other cars minding their own business.
