Where to find:
1. Catch a Gligar:
Gligar is found in the wild on Route 206, though it is an uncommon encounter.
2. Obtain a Razor Fang:
Route 214: In a dead-end path in the tall grass, you'll find a Razor Fang.
Route 225: Can be Found after using Rock Climb on the left side
Victory Road: You can find a Razor Fang on a rock climbable section of Victory Road.
Battle Park Shop: After the Elite Four, the Razor Fang can be purchased at the Battle Park shop.
3. Evolve Gligar:
Give the Razor Fang to your Gligar and level it up at night. The Razor Fang must be held by Gligar during the level up for the evolution to occur.
