The bus featured in this video is a First Essex example. This bus is used at First's Basildon depot. It has been used on routes 9, 22, 25, 100, 200, 300 and more.

The coach hire company Westbus' U11DD is used for school runs and private hire trips. While Evan Evans Tours have a specially branded U11DD. It is used on the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Shuttle Bus.

So far, there have been no announced orders for U11DDs in London. However, a London spec demonstrator may be trialled in the future.

The first Yutong U11DDs were announced in 2022. The first demonstrator buses were shipped from China to the UK in 2023.

Yutong U11DDs are around 10.9 metres long, 2.55m wide and 4.35m tall. Each bus can carry over 80 passengers, with around 70 seated. Yutong claims the U11DD has a range of 491 kilometres (around 305 miles). For comparison, a BYD eBus BD11 has an estimated range of around over 400 miles.
