Life's Miracles: The Story of Seth Christensen

“Life’s Miracles” is the tale of a courageous Utah dad whose intense fight against ALS — which he’s battled for four years — takes viewers on a powerful journey of discovery. The camera reveals an intimate, informative, yet joyful chronicle of life. Through the Christensen family we witness the power of determination, optimism, faith, family and an awareness of life’s miracles.

Despite his prognosis and the profound effects of his disease, Seth Christensen has accomplished so much — with his “projects” both large and small. Recently he co-founded a non-profit ALS Crowd and has launched an Internet radio program providing timely and relevant information for those living with ALS.

He has raised thousands of dollars personally through the recent phenomenon of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenges, even bringing Utah lawmakers, business leaders and the ALS community together for a public dunking. He is now calling for and working with national leaders to create, support,and analyze the first comprehensive database of ALS sufferers. KSL accompanies Seth and his wife, Amy, to the corridors of tech giant Microsoft in their crusade to find a cure for ALS.

Seth’s projects don’t end with those in the public arena. Perhaps more than anything, his private race against time brings into sharp focus his desire to be a guiding force in the lives of those he cares about most. For his children, Seth has embarked on a deeply personal journey to provide lasting memories and shine a light on life’s miracles.

Seth notes, “If a miracle is something that cannot be explained, we have seen non-stop miracles in the last few months.”
