You can use the shard for present for more items. Take it to a candysmith for wintersday weapons. Or sell them in stacks for around 23k. Also, you have a small chance to get the great mini polar bear! Each run takes around 12-14 minutes to complete using this guide. But a great majority of that time is afk time.
