Welcome to Episode 0 of our new development series.
This is the honest starting point — not a staged beginning.
One year ago, Luca began this project as an intern to develop the next generation of our Kavenz VHP MTB Frames. At first, we planned to produce the front triangle in China, but just four weeks ago we made a major shift and brought development fully in-house.
In this kick-off episode, we explain what happened, why the direction changed, and where we stand today.
What’s coming next:
3D data → quotations → FEM → CNC parts → carbon tubes → bonding → first frame → ghetto tests → EFBE → launch (or another R&D loop)
