4 turkey drumsticks
1 cup of carrots, sliced
1.5 cups of celery, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 sprig of rosemary, fresh
1 cup tomato sauce
4 cups of chicken stock
Roux
Salt and pepper to taste
