Peg Steely Dan On Rickenbacker 4004 Laredo

Please use headphones for best audio...well this bass is killer. A totally different animal to the 4003. Look at where the neck pickup is..its right near the neck and the mid, in the P bass sweet spot. It has a massive amount of bass, and the cut of the sweet spot. It also has an upgraded wiring harness, which replaces the pick up selector switch with the blend control, a vol and tone, that goes from sub bass to cutting high, and at the pull of the tone knob you have the rik tone back. This bass plays more like a jazz bass, very comfortable neck nice action, and easy to slap. I don't know how it sounds to a standard 4004L but i have the original harness, but let me tell you i'm not about to swap it back! So as always no bass backing.
