粉嶺北社區聯絡中心 現已開放 Fanling North Community Liaison Centre is Now Open

為加強與公眾的溝通，土木工程拓展署設立粉嶺北社區聯絡中心，讓公眾可透過中心內以「存在與流變」為題的展覽，以不同的視聽展品，了解更多有關粉嶺過往及未來發展的資訊，並可從中窺見粉嶺如何在城市發展和鄉郊保育之間取得平衡。

中心的建築展現當代簡約設計風格。其建築理念揉合建築和景觀設計，透過天窗和玻璃幕牆，將日光引入室內。光影隨著不同時間變化，為室內空間構築出獨特的景緻。

粉嶺北社區聯絡中心已開放，歡迎公眾人士參觀。開放時間或因特別活動安排有所調整，建議訪客前往本中心前，於辦公時間致電3686 1264查詢。

To enhance communications with the public, Civil Engineering and Development Department has set up the Fanling North Community Liaison Centre. Visitors can learn more about the past and future development of Fanling District and catch a glimpse of the achievement of optimal equilibrium between a dynamic urban development and a static sub-urban conservation through different visual and audio exhibitions with the theme of “Being and Becoming”.
The centre adopts contemporary minimalistic design with the concept of fusing architectural and landscape designs. We would like to utilise natural sunlight in the centre, and hence sky-light and glass partitions are introduced. While the angle and intensity of sunlight change with time and seasons, visitors can enjoy a unique scenery inside the centre with the reflection of sunlight through glass partitions.
The Fanling North Community Liaison Centre is now open, the public is welcome to visit. Opening hours may be adjusted due to special activities. Visitors are suggested to contact the Centre at 3686 1264 during office hours ahead of visits.
