It's late in the evening. The common room has nearly emptied except for you, Harry, Ron, Hermione and a few other recognizable stragglers. You're all rather occupied. The trio is revising, researching and writing reports. You join them in completing your own work, or perhaps you take the opportunity for a restful kip by the warmth of the fire. The sound of pages flipping and quills gliding along parchment is accompanied only by Hedwig and Crookshanks, who meander about providing auditory support and quiet comfort. At some point during your homework-doing, Butterbeer-drinking and hushed exchanges, a rainstorm starts up. It's nice to be among friends.
