VAWK THI THUN: This is the Hmar version of a pork sausage. Properly cleaned and fresh pig intestine is stuffed its blood, fats and meat which are mixed with local spices like 'bangkor' and garlic. It is then either boiled or fried to the liking of the one who prepares it.
