Lemon chilli chiken recipe :
ingrediants :
chiken 1 kg
oil 5-6 tbsp
black pepper 6-7
black cardamom 1
green cardamom 1-2
cloves 1-2
cumin coriander 2 tbsp
lemon 3 tbsp full
black pepper powder 1tsp
salt 1tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
green chillies crushed 1 tbsp full
yogurt 5 tbsp
green chillies 5-6
ginger julien cut small piece


Method:
In a wok add oil
add garam masala, cook for a minute
then add chiken cook one side then another side
add ginger garlic paste ,crushed green chllies cooki it for a minute.
add black pepper ,cumin coriander powder ,cook it for a minute add some water, and cover it
add yogyurt ,salt mix it well
take a bowl ,add corn flour ,and water mix it and then add in chiken
mix it well and cook 5 minutes
and then garnish with ginger , green chillies and coriander leaves serve with naan, chapati ,paaratha ,tandoori roti ,kulchay
