This recipe is incredibly easy, made with simple ingredients, and tastes just like a traditional dump cake—without all the added sugar. Perfect for holidays, family gatherings, or anytime you want a warm dessert that still fits a bariatric or low-sugar lifestyle.
🍰 Sugar-Free Apple Cranberry Dump Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
5 apples, cubed
12 oz fresh cranberries
3 Tbsp butter
½ cup Splenda
~⅛ cup Jordan’s Caramel Skinny Syrup
~⅛ cup Jordan’s Brown Sugar Cinnamon Skinny Syrup
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water
Pillsbury Zero Sugar Yellow Cake Mix
16–20 pats of butter
Instructions:
In a skillet, sauté apples and cranberries with butter, Splenda, and both Jordan’s Skinny Syrups until fruit is tender.
Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry, then stir it into the fruit mixture to thicken.
Transfer fruit filling to a 9x13 baking dish.
Evenly sprinkle cake mix over the fruit.
Top with butter pats.
Bake at 325°F for 30–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
