Day 30 on the Palmetto Trail I finished the Fox Swamp passage by biking 21 miles and walking 5 miles. I've been doing a lot of biking lately because I am anxious to get the through hike done! I would have to say that the Fox Swamp passage is my least favourite passage of the whole Palmetto Trail.
When the Philistines captured the ark of covenant of God they didn't realize all the trouble it would bring them, and so they passed it around from city to city. They were plagued with tumours probably brought about by a plague of rats. Ick! And their god Dagon could not do anything about it!
