Hurriganes ( yes, with g ) is a Finnish " pub rock" band that was formed in the early 1970s. Their classic line-up consisted of Remu Aaltonen, Albert Järvinen and Cisse Häkkinen. Band was very important to Finnish music life.
These guys - Remu still living - were very different types: Remu (a gypsy guttersnipe with some jail background ) was a leader of the band, Cisse playing bass was very shy guy and Albert was one of the most talented guitar players in this country.
Remu played drums and sang; with his "own" English. But in fact, he also speaks his "own" Finnish. Very charismatic person.
This is a clip from movie " Rokkidiggari". I hope that owners of the rights want to see this as an honour to this band and to filming this important live performance.
