When you're moving to Vancouver, figuring out where to live in Vancouver can feel like an overwhelming task. The problem is, you don't know what you don't know…and that's why you need to talk to a local about where the right areas to live in Vancouver are.

But MOST importantly, you need to know which areas of Vancouver to AVOID.

After all, if you move to Vancouver and move to the WRONG neighbourhood (or suburb) then you made one of the worst mistakes you could possibly make.

Living in the wrong neighbourhood or suburb can make your ENTIRE LIFE in Vancouver miserable.

…and fixing living in the wrong area of Vancouver can be incredibly costly. In fact, there's probably no more costly mistake than moving to the wrong Vancouver neighbourhood.

But, that's why I made this video. So you can learn about all the areas in Vancouver that you should avoid living in BEFORE you mess it up…and move to the right Vancouver neighbourhood where you and your family can live happily.

This isn't canned, generic advice. No, my opinions are based on hard-earned experience having been born and raised in Vancouver, living in Vancouver now with my young family and helping hundreds of families move to Vancouver.
