2.The one is divided into many parts. The many parts integrate into the one.
The center is more of an idea: the force derived from the center depends on dynamic factors. Nothing is still, certain and stable in absolute. It is all a continuous oscillation between two opposites. Neither of which represents good or evil: they are just apart and you are on a journey in the straight line between them.
This is what I have personally learned and deduced through the practice of this routine taken from the online videos of Master Wu Nanfang of Shaolin Wugulun Kungfu Academy. 🙏
In the description of his videos you can find official information regarding these exercises and the importance of developing some (consistent) solidity in the lower body:
1. • Shaolin Wugulun Kungfu - Lesson 1: Standin...
2. • Shaolin Wugulun Kungfu - Lesson 2: Twistin...
Clearly 😅 I came to discover these valuable sources through the video of Master Shi Heng Yi of Shaolin Temple Europe, whom I always thank for spreading Shaolin culture and beyond. 🙏🏼 (his performance here 👉 • 盤根 · Pan Gen (Twisting Root) )
I particularly loved Master Chen Geng's performance 🙏🏼 which I studied in the following videos:
1. • Pangen 1, ver.3
2. • Pangen 1, ver.1
I also highly recommend this essential routine to those who like to meditate. 🪷
Thank you ♥️ to the Masters and good practice to all! 🌱
